About
A Place to Be Seen, Held, and Heard
The Bloom Room is more than coaching—it’s a container for your full story, a safe space to explore grief, transitions, and personal growth. Here, you can remove the mask, just BE, and tap into your inner voice as you navigate life’s heavy and tender moments.
My Story / Philosophy
My journey into this work began with the loss of my son, DJ, who was born stillborn at 28-weeks in January 2016. His brief life taught me profound lessons about grief, self-compassion, and the power of holding space—not just for myself, but for others. I learned that sharing your story, speaking your truth, and embracing vulnerability allows you to walk in freedom, free yourself from silence, secrecy, and shame, and discover the support of community—so you don’t have to do it alone.
That experience is why I am so passionate about creating The Bloom Room: a space where you can do the same. Here, you’re invited to sit in the soil of your grief and transitions, tend your seeds of healing, and cultivate growth. This is a place to witness both the messy and beautiful parts of your story, to honor your authenticity, and to craft new pathways forward.
Sharing the Lessons of Loss and Blooming
My experiences with grief, transformation, and finding my authentic voice are also shared in my book, Still Here: A Memoir of Love, Loss, and Triumph After Stillbirth. It’s a reflection on sitting in the soil of life’s challenges and tending to the seeds of hope, healing, and growth. I hope it provides guidance, comfort, and inspiration for your journey.
